Our History

Chancellor Health Care, LLC is the parent company of Chancellor Health Care, Inc. and its subsidiary operating companies. Chancellor Health Care, Inc. was incorporated in Delaware on November 20, 1992 as a privately owned C-corporation with eight individual investors. The Corporation was established to develop, acquire and/or manage senior living communities.

On November 30, 2007, the three individuals comprising the executive leadership team purchased the assets of Chancellor Health Care Inc. and its operating subsidiaries to form Chancellor Health Care, LLC. The company is actively seeking to acquire, develop, operate and manage new senior care properties.

At the present time, Chancellor Health Care, Inc. operates eleven senior living communities serving over 750 seniors in four US states, California, Oregon, Colorado and Maryland.
